The Benchmark itself is free. It's built to cut through 'everything matters' and focus effort on what matters most, right now. It's designed to work alongside the tools a business already uses, not replace them. And it doesn't ask for a good-news-only story: businesses using it publish what's improved and what hasn't, because that's where the real, useful conversations happen.
